Leaf Miner and Cabbage Worm problems

Hi,

The cabbage worms have taken 2 small lettuce plants and 1 nasturtium down to the crown. Plus they are eating leaves on my radishes and other lettuce. Everyday I check plants and pull some off, I even check under leaves and destroy their eggs with my fingers but they seem to still still be around.

The leaf miners I am seeing their damage to leaves more and more. What ORGANIC way can I use to fight back??
