My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The hardwood in this home is by Armstrong, it is hand sculpted engineered hardwood, the line is "Rural Living" and colour is "Misty Gray"

    We're looking to get the same hardwood/color. On the Armstrong's website the reviews are all over the place, but a lot of people complaining about splinters and chips. How long have you had the floor and what's been your experience with it so far?

    I grabbed a sample board for the Misty Gray and the sample looks much darker then this, hmm.
