You have a lot of space and a lot of mixed up seating. I suggest you get a roll of painters tape and use it to define the three different areas you want. THEN arrange your seating and your tv and your dining table.

After you've come up with a satisfactory arrangement, you can further define your areas with area rugs, if you wish. I know that dark floors are a lot of work to keep looking good and area rugs will help.

This is an attractive raw space...love the high ceilings and industrial feel. I would suggest the addition of some vertical elements in your room to help fill up the space and add visual variety and interest. Notice in the inspiration photo the upright bookcase used as a room divider, the stacked floating shelves above the sofa, and the arcing lamp to add height to the room arrangement. I also agree with Bobbi that coordinating area rugs will help to delineate living/dining areas.

Hi, you have great furniture pieces to begin with. Perhaps try reversing what you have so that the TV is visible from the kitchen in the background.

place your beautiful console on the wall where the main part of the sofa is and put the tv on it. Move the sofa to where the console is now, facing the tv. The sofa will work beautifully as a space divider and the chaise portion of the sofa will be near the interior wall. The white barrel chair can be placed about where the chaise portion of the sofa currently extends. Consider looking at the "vintage" stores and picking up something industrial looking for a coffee table to go in front of the sofa, and replace the white parsons tables - they don't "go" with the rest of your beautiful stuff. Floor lamps with some height are also needed in place of the small lamps you have. I would LOVE to live there!
