South African Native Plants

South African bulb source?

I had a great source for Boophone and other South African bulbs, and I recently lost the link. I have NO IDEA of the name or location, but it was located in the USA. The source was selling adult (or near-adult) bulbs. They weren't terribly expensive, but they were all over $10 per bulb for the large stuff.

Anyone have any idea where I could get somne South African bulbous/caudiciform plants?

Hey,

I can't say what your site was, but I like Shields Garden for bulbs, not too pricey, eclectic and seasonal. He has good items in my experience, but you won't get everthing all year long, some items are seasonal.

I don't know what he has in stock at present.

Shields gardens is a great source I was unaware of. Thanks for the info, but this wasn't the source I was thinking of.
