My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Found a real treasure!!!!! Var Mason Congo!!

I was at our local botanical gardens annual spring sale this past weekend and managed to come away with a very nice specimen of Variegated Mason Congo for $65! It is a single leaf, but completely established in container with very nice variegation. Since I have seen these selling on eBay for big bucks, I think I did well. I also got a nice specimen of Kirkii pulchra Coppertone for $18. Did I do good?
