My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    No it was a custom blended stain color that was done onsite

      That is just unfinished pine bought through a local supplier. It was finished onsite.

      The description says it's longleaf pine. Did you just use a clea coat on top?

      Very nice job. Pine is notoriously hard to stain. I have longleaf floors as well (live hust a short drive away in Houston) and am trying to decide on whether to simply use a water-based polyurethane or apply a stain to them. Thanks for replying!
