Were they sold as named varieties, or just as a 'mix'?
If they are all yellow now, they may deepen or develop a bit of red in the center as they mature, but they are not going
to turn, say green, with silver veining, or deep burgundy.
They will stay yellow, maybe with some variation.

Thanks for the reply. They were sold as a mix. The picture in the catalog, though, has many varied colors, so I guess that's what I was expecting.

I would contact them.

I have Heuchera of many different colours, and they all emerge as said colour- lime green, orange, purple, veined, etc.

Tell them that they are all green, you are disappointed and were expecting a MIX of DIFFERENT colours!!!

Do you know, are these divisions of established plants? If so, I agree that it should be obvious what color they are going to be. I have found that seed-grown heucheras don't show their true colors immediately, though.
