That looks very similar to what is often referred to as Lagos Azul, Nova Blue. Sometimes called by different names.

What is the tile on the ceiling and walls

The upper tile on the walls look like carrara white marble. and the ceiling tile looks like carrara bianco marble

It looks like a 3x6" on the walls. Almost certain it is a subway tile. The darker tile looks to be a 6x12" format.
