rot end blight, fix?

I have 2 Roma tomatoes in self-watering pots. I try to keep the reservoir full but sometimes it dries out. I am getting rot end blight on all the fruits that are turning red. The green ones seem to be OK. I know I need to add calcium but since I don't water the dirt, can I put some in the reservoir? Will the plant get it?
