Hello -

Does anyone know how a non commercial gardener can import

plants or bulbs from Holland or England? Have you done

this recently (since 9/11) - where do you apply for

the forms? Do you have to get them from the country of the plant's orgin as well as from the USDA? We're going to

Chelsea in May and then on to Floriade and would like to

be prepared but it seems very hard to get the right info.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!
