Triangle Palm

Several years ago, we planted an 8 ft spiraling Triangle plam in an in-ground planting hole in our two-story many-windowed atrium (17 ft from floor to ceiling). We were advised that the triangle palm would max out at about 15 ft tall, but I fear it will be taller. At this point it is about 16 ft tall and growing - putting out new leaves all the time. Unlike triangle palms I have seen in internet searches ours does not grow in vertical 3-cornered ranks, but instead the 3 corners spiral around the trunk like a helical DNA molecule. Any experience of others with the triangle would be much appreciated. How tall will it grow? I would prefer not to trim the leaves at the top when it hits the ceiling in a couple of months. Is anyone interested in purchasing this specimen from us when it becomes to tall for our 17' tall room?

If we have to trim it, do others have experience to offer?

Thank you,

Suzanne
