What do I do with this GAUDY Rococo Bedroom Set? Help
Comments (10002)I just recently found out about our Dear Spencer. I am so sad. She had great design sense and knew her style!. I got her. I am so very sorry that I never got to see her of which she invited us several times. We couldn't wait to help her here on houzz and I got excited to see where her creativity would take her next! I am so happy that I wore leopard pants in honour of her, when many of us met in Nashville where she had tried to join us. I had talked to her several times and felt she was a good friend. She is missed! My love to her family!...See MoreHow did I do?
Comments (25)I think this nursery is absolutely perfect:) I studied Interior Design at University and owned my own company. Take all the comments to heart on your terrific job. The decals are whimsical and cheery- just what a baby needs.... The colors bring out the accent pieces to perfection. The ones that were suggested are for a child who is a 3 1/2 - 7 year old. As a mother of 2 teenagers- I have had to accept they like more mature pictures, decals as they get older. Those birds will make her sing and coo to you....;)...See MorePOLL: Do you have fruit trees?
Comments (259)Right now I have Meyer lemon, Eureka lemon, Fuji apple, blood orange, naval orange, avocado, cherimoya, white sapote, Kaffir lime, yuzu, and ice cream banana (which has bananas on it right now). When I lived in Venice (CA), I had pineapple guava, Manila mango, papaya, and Texas red fig trees, plus a Valencia orange. I do miss the trees I had in Venice, but I only have so much room. I also grow pineapples, but they are not trees, although they definitely make fruit....See MoreDid I plant my Emerald Green Arborvitae right?
Comments (6)As long as the top of the rootball is slightly higher than the ground around it and the excavated backfill has been pressed down, it should be fine. But my question is, why plant it so close to the foundation/house? Those get 4' wide. It seems planting it at least 24" away would be better for the tree and house down the road....See Moretropicdude
