How long does it usually take neem seeds to germinate?

I order some dry seeds from India about 2 months ago and planted them after soaking them for a few days. It's been 2 months and show no sign of life of any sorts. Are dry seeds not viable or it is but very low germination % compare to freshly harvested seeds. Thanks for any input.

Sorry, but you can forget them now. Neem is very short viable. After about 4 weeks, they are done. I tried seeds from 3 different suppliers and they were all not fresh enough. Bought some seedling last year and I have a 6 f tree and some smaller ones now.

Thanks for your info, well shucks, that really is a bummer. Thought I got a good deal on the seeds(100 for $5.99+free shipping) turns out they aren't even viable :( Now to search for a seedling plant, my mom really wanted a plant.
