What should i do?

My 4th of Julys are growing so fast lately that i don't know what to do. They are about 1 foot in height and growing fast by the minute. They might need a third repotting this week since i still have at least 3-4 weeks to plant them outside.

Temperature here in NE are still low 30's at night and up to 70s but averages at 50s at day temp. I checked the weather for the coming 15 days and as of thrusday, temps at night will be in the low 40s. I believe this will be ok temps for the tomato plants to be exposed at night in the cold frame.

Is it safe to put this tomato plants outside in the cold frame? Or should i wait a little longer?.

Maybe take them outside during the day and bring them in everynight, will this work?

I had the growing lights set up to 18 hours in the beginning, and i have been dropping the time slowly to 12 hours which is what is it now. This is the average time they will get outside in the cold frame.

I ran out of space and i badly need it to grow my peppers, okra, and eggplants which i want to grow them big enough so that i can plant them outside mid-late may.

What do you guys recommend?

One more question... I am planning to re-pot the tomato plans in mid-size dukin'donuts coffee cups. Are this large enough? Thank in advance.

I will see if i can take a picture of the cold frame and the tomato plans.
