NTM hasn't been around for some time. It does appear to me that it will develop into two fruits to me. Can you compare it to the lychee fruits you saw in FL?

LL- The flower looks pollinated to me, but only time will tell if it becomes a fruit. A 90% drop rate for females seems normal. There is a possibility that the flower will make twins, but that is seldom the case. Usually one lobe will be dominant, and that one will be the fruit while the other stays the same/shrinks.

I'll be posting the final set of pics in a day or two along with my impressions of the fruit.
