If I were you, I wouldn't transplant them to any sort of soil, not just yet, rather I'd place them in dampened cotton in small containers or buckets and let them grow bigger and let the stem straightens vertically, and the leaves open up.

Just keep the cotton very wet! Really wet! In a warm place.

In my little experience, several times if they're transplanted at this stage and the leaves and stem are covered by soil, they will just rot and die!

You can cover the whole thing in cotton, and the stem will push it upward, and by then you can displace the cotton and let the stem breathe freally.

The best mix that worked for me, is like %70 pure sand, 20% potting soil, %10 cow manure.
