I wouldn't attempt grafting the mango until next May. Rate of take takes a dive after August. Budding techniques can work OK probably until Oct (here in SoFL at least).

On the tropical fruit forum, the user dongiorgio has over 150 mango cultivars and he charges something like $5 (10 minimum) each but he runs a sale buy x get y free every once in a while. He may do less quantity for southeast Florida residents if he doesn't have to ship.
