Can anyone suggest a VINE that meets the following criteria?

-Does well in partial sun (morning & afternoon sun in the summer/spring)

-Is not toxic to cats

-Grows super fast

-Stays green -- or at least will not drop itÂs leaves during the winter

-Grows well in Zone 9 or 10 Â depending on whom you ask (90026 zip)

Thank you so much. IÂm new to this and I want to find just the right plant. I am open to suggestions on where to buy as well.

Thank you!
