You will need to collect the garden web names and addresses of the persons involved in your swap. Depending on the type of the swap it will be your responsibility to see that everyone is doing what they are supposed to do for the one time swap. It looks like Sue was doing a RR swap by passing the box... so what you do for this is YOU start it and then send it to the next name on your list. You can do this in one of two ways by choosing an order yourself... easiest is by who signed up first, second, etc... or you can do by areas/zones, or just start with someone and let that person choose who is next box will come back to you last. If this is a regular rr read the gw faqs this will help you, get names and addys of everyone who has signed up and create a mailing order list, best done by going by who is closest to the person before them. make up a seed box with preferably at least 5 pkgs per person in swap put a list of robin order along with address labels in box, mail to person #1. ask everyone to post on gw when they receive and mail box and use priority mail with a confirmation number. then just be available to change order if someone drops out and keep everyone informed as to the whereabouts of box.
