I cannot identify this weed

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what this weed is. Only one growing in the back yard and have not been able to find it on any websites or printed literature.

Location is southern Ontario,
Size of leaves is approximately 5 or 6 inches long and the plant is already about 3 foot tall.

I included a picture with a womanâÂÂs hand in it for reference
