Dollarweed and 'Image' weed killer

I sprayed an area that was to be a new veggie garden with roundup. Weeks later I put down newspapers and made a raised bed. I filled it with compost, garden soil and peat moss. The vegies are doing great, but the dollar weed came right back. What can I do now? Can I use "Image" in a veggie garden? Anyone every tried it? I really don't like to use chemicals in my gardens.

Everything I can find about Image says it is for use to control "weeds" in turf grass, nothing says it can be used in a garden so it, legally, cannot be used there.
Did the "Dollar Weed" grow back from the soil that was poisoned by the glyphosate produce or is it growing in the new soil?

It is growing in the new soil. Actually it is growing better in and around the area I sprayed with Roundup than it is in the rest of my yard. My lawn is just cheap Bahia, field grass.

Labeling says 'Do NOT use in a vegetable garden'.

And it will also kill your Bahia grass. (Just so you know.)

I'd recommend what is commonly called a 'hula hoe' for the darned dollar weed.
