It's an Obedient plant (Physostegia virginiana). Flower spikes should be four ranked. If you bend the individual flowers left or right, they should obediently stay that way. (Although maybe not as easily as when it is warmer out.)

If you haven't already gotten one, you might want to think about it. They are extremely invasive, They will take over an intire flower bed. They spread via their roots much like quack grass. I had two colors, lighter violet,and darker purple. I ended up having to remove all the plants from that part of the garden and use round up to get rid of it. Never again, lol
