this finish is a veneziano (or also called marmorino classic), I used lamp black to tint the plaster prior to application. The final polish is a burnishing while the plaster is, "leather hard" before it's dry. The wax is a liquid bees wax tinted with graphite and hand polished with a clean, soft cotton rag. The plaster has to be burnished prior to waxing for highest shine.
