It sure sounds compelling and feasible. I also like the idea of building the algae ponds around waste treatment. May as well extract energy from that resource.

Wow. Michael Briggs for President. Seriously, it was well written and the first bright glimmer of hope I've seen in a while. I never fear for myself, but when I look at my grandchildren... We inherited a much cleaner and brighter world than we are handing down. If we truely could convert our wastes + sunlight into fuel, that would be a Christmas present to ourselves and the world.
