Recessed Toilet Paper Holder

I've done a brief look at the knob/hardware stores...

The area will be tiled. Aside from cermaic units / and or commerical SS ones, do you guys have any *Designer* Toilet Paper Holders that are recessed & or semi recessed into the wall cavity ?
