Voice Quality Value. Look it up on Google for more information.

Yes, I saw that when I search VQV...but that makes NO SENSE in terms of houzz. How does "Voice Quality Value" in terms of audio quality have anything to do w/how ppl are commenting on ideas on houzz??

Here are other options. I vote for either "Verify Quality and Value"
OR "Vamo Que Vamo" for "Let's do it!"

I have no idea. I just got onto houzz yesterday.

I believe the term was used in a discussion about needing doors that would block out sound. There is a mathematical formula for calculating acoustical properties if different materials.

OMG! Me too! It sounds ridiculous and makes no sense! Why this lingo? To sound smart? Or is it important info? Verify Quality Value? Who? If it was verifIED, I guess it could make sense, but to whose specs? Or meaning I should verify the quality value?? And Vamo Que Vamo (Let's Do It?) Seriously? Let's Do It Red Brick!!!?? I, too, looked it up but found nothing relative. I guess maybe it has to do with brick color I was reviewing because it had VQV in front of it, which I guess it may stand for Voice Quality Value. Who knows? But it's used on everything, everywhere for things that have nothing to do with soundproofing! Nonsense!!

Yes, Houzz has been flooded with "VQV." My opinion is to ignore it and certainly never use the acronym yourself!

Hee Hee! Thanks everyone! Your comments made me feel better! :)
