Really interested in building this plan. Is there anyway that I could get some more photos of this house and /or any information regarding suggestions to building this plan. Trying to make a decision soon! Thanks in advance.

Forestrygirl80 - did you end up building this plan? If so, I would love to see interior/exterior photos. We have been wanting to build the Southern Living Farmhouse Revival, but we just can't seem to get the rooms right. I love it, but now I am getting over it. The Tallaway has some very similar qualities and I feel that Mitch Ginn got the plan right and there are very few changes I would make. Thank you.

Hi Boomer - they're both nice plans ! It may come down to whether you'd like more of a one story or a two story home. Since it has a smaller footprint, the two story home would probably be the most cost effective of the two to build.

Do they both fit on your lot ?

Yes, they both will fit as we have 2 acres that is deep and wide enough. The Farmhouse Revival is really too big for us and when we start chopping it up to make the square footage small, it just doesn't work. Tallaway has always been my backup plan, plus I do like the bedrooms being on one floor. Not sure if we would even do the 2nd floor. Thank you for your reply.
