I am shopping for windows. I really like euro-style vinyl tilt turn windows but am having troubles finding them for a good price. In the US, the manufacturers that I found (very few) cater to the very luxury segment and are really (!) expensive. They seem to be more common in Canada.

Anyone know a manufacturer in the US/Canada that has them with good prices?

E.g. a 5ftx5ft simple tilt turn vinyl window is $1200 from Progressive Windows in OK. I can get a similar one made from a top-quality name brand Vinyl Profile (like Trocal InnoNova_70) for $360 (!) in Germany or Austria. And that in spite of the horrible exchange rate. Of course, shipping is a pain (and code issues).

Why are they so __unbelievably__ expensive here?
