You lose a lot of flexibility by wanting to match everything. I can imagine matching double ovens, cooktops, etc. But matching a fridge with a cooktop is much less frequent.

Then again, Bluestar's claim to fame is high heat. If that is not important to you, then you can pass on that option and make it easier to find match things.

In our kitchen, we are trying to match the ovens. Other than that, even our cooktop surface is not going to be the same let alone the rest :).

Thanks for the feedback. I am finding out your are right. The flexibility is just not there. I may get a great oven, a good rangetop, but a low performing fridge. As far asw the cooktop, I think we are going with DCS 6 burner gas. I do like the Viking oven very much, but wonder if I will be getting the same functionality with a Jenn-air or Monogram.
