cleaning painted walls

We are getting ready to sell a rental house we owned for a short time...we bought it a year and a half ago to live in briefly while our main house was going thru a gut job renovation, then rented it out.

The rental is a small home from 1968, we put in an IKEA kitchen, refinished the floors, replaced all the windows, took off the popcorn ceiling, and painted everything.

Our tenant just moved out, and left the place in a shambles. She had 3 kids, so there are fingerprints and smudges all over the walls. Luckily, I used a satin/eggshell throughout, and gloss in the bathroom.

What do you all recommend to clean the walls? I'd hate to have to repaint all over again, as the walls are in great shape, just smudged. I can repaint certain walls that need it, but if I can just lightly wash them down, that'd be great. We used a low-VOC paint by Rodda called Horizon.

The worst part was taking out 2000 pounds of trash and stuff she left...yes, 2000 pounds, really! Took us 2 trips with a full truck to the dump/transfer station, and 2 trips to Goodwill.

We've vowed to never again be landlords, LOL.
