I believe it was a decal. It was from Designpublic.com. However, for some reason none of their images are loading at the moment so I cannot find the exact link for it and I'm blanking on the manufacturer's name. I'll get back to you if I can find it!

I emailed Designpublic and they no longer sell the wallpaper. They told me that "SUM Designs" was the designer @ http://www.sum-design.com/ and I couldn't find a product page anywhere to purchase. However I was thinking that you could probably make this with a black and white wallpaper of just leaves and flowers. It would be a good diy project but you could always customize it to exactly what you want.
