love this space where are the shelves and table from?

This room is my dream of my at home day care i have. I am a stay at home mom who cares for other children and on a tight budget I love everything about this space and would love any ideas you could share in this room, such as are the shelves home made or bought? do you have how to make them plans? I also love the table where is it from? I look forward to your reply...Thank you

Many of the details in this photo were custom made for the client. The chalkboard in back is chalkboard paint. I will see if I can get more details from our interior designers. I can tell you that they use www.allmodern.com for many items. Also, if you are on a budget, you can probably duplicate the carpet look using FLOR tiles rather than custom carpet. If I can find out more, I will post again. Thank you for your interest! We love the feedback!
