Tiling choice anxiety

My project starts next Tuesday, and I'm already so stressed out about it I can barely see straight. I can hardly imagine what it will be like when it actually starts!!!

The details of my tiny 8x5 bathroom are fairly simple. beadboard on the walls to 42", white subway tile surround. a niche and a window in the shower. When ordering tile, I let him convince me that I should get short side bullnoses for the edges of my surround, and 2x6 bullnoses to frame the window and niche. Now I wonder if that was really the wisest choice...would it look better if I used chair rail to frame the window, niche, and surround? It's not too late to cance and redo the order I think >.>

I also can't for the life of me figure out how to tile the ceiling (and some days if I should even bother) the tile guy suggested 6x6 for the ceiling, but I feel like it will look kind of odd? its low, 7'6", so its very visible as you come into the room. Has anyone done this? If I do subways, would you do vertical or horizontal across the ceiling?

please, someone help me feel better about all this!! heh. I'm really a little freaked out that I may spend alot of money on something I dont like or could have been better.
