Appliance choices-HELP!!!

I have been a lurker here for quite some time and am sooooo grateful to have found this wonderful site!! This year we are finally doing the kitchen that i have wanted to do for several years now. I have been appliance shopping and have my mind made up on some and very undecided on others, so here goes:

Miele warming drawer

Miele Optima dishwasher

Miele Inspira dishwasher

Sharp microwave drawer

Wolf 48" gas rangetop w/6 sealed burners and griddle

Ventahood 48" custom hood insert w/900/1350 cfm blower

Kitchenaid 42" built in french door refrigerator

Double ovens????? thinking Wolf E OR L OR Miele Masterchef

I have read all the posts on double ovens and am still sooo confused!!! Any Wolf oven owners out there??

ANy help would be appreciated!!
