Do you know how much the vanity, counter, faucet, tile, and light fixture will cost? Separating the labor from the materials can help analyze.

Also, what kind of tile (size, pattern/design/layout, under vanity or butted up to it)?

Thanks for answering weedyacres. The vanity is approx. 150 and that includes the countertop and sink, faucet is about the same, light fixture is 99 and I am buying that. Tile is 2" octagon and will be placed under the vanity.

I would certainly get several quotes for starters. That's the easiest way to see if they are competitive for your area. Also, get a breakdown - how many sq. ft. of tile (cost for materials AND installation), etc. Are they having it inspected? What is the fee for that? Ask all those things!

I am attempting to get at least three quotes, but that is next to impossible around here. Thank you lagrant about the breakdown -- will certainly ask for that.
