Conceptual drawings by architect. He basically reworked the entry to the back bedroom which will allow us to:

1. Move the bathroom wall slightly into the BD
2. Move the doorway to the bath
3. Move the the sink to the exterior wall (with a slight bumpout so that I can put up a small old fashioned medicine cabinet on the exterior wall).
4. Switch the tub around so the shower head is out from under the lower roof pitch (kneewall area)

Full access to kitchen since I'm doing that at the same time.

You haven't posted anywhere near enough info to figure out what your house looks like. Top/existing diagram too small to make out labels or dimensions. I don't know what's to the left of the bathroom. I don't know if you have access from above or below for plumbing and electrical mods., I don't know which if any walls are load-bearing.

I don't think you have enough head room over the sink and toilet if you put them against the 5' knee wall. Not to mention the difficulty of hanging a vanity mirror on a slanted wall.

I'd mirror image the sink, toilet and door. Then you'll have full walls behind the sink and toilet. That also keeps all the plumbing on a single wall, which should save you money.

Yes, if the kneewall is only 5 ft I'd move them to the opposite wall. Also consider a pocket door if you can because if the door was half open it really cuts into a room that doesn't have an inch of space to lose. A neoangle shower might be a good option in the corner that is on the lower left in the drawing if you were willing to give up a tub. It would allow for some built ins and extra storage along the kneewall.
