I have a $4,250 Budget for a range in my small rowhome kitchen, and am really undecided on brands. I know I want all gas, and open or semi opened Burners.

I have been given the following prices, and not sure which to choose.

30" Bluestar RNB - $3,780

30" Wolf R304 - $4,200

36" Viking (open Burner, all gas) - $3,500

48" Viking (Sealed, with Griddle) - $5,000

I am not too concerned with matching appliances. i am concerned about resale, since I will be selling the house within two years.
