I bought a Murray Feiss table lamp from Five Rivers Lighting and was very impressed with the quality. So many lamps are lightweight and flimsy these days but this has heft. I bought this from Five Rivers Lighting over the internet. They were great to work with. I had to make an exchange and they made it easy to do. My purchase was about 3 years ago, and at that time, there was no restocking fee or penalty for returns - many sites have penalties so read carefully. You are probably interested in light fixtures, rather than stand alone lamps, but thought I'd comment anyway.

i bought two glass and PN chandies off of an ebay seller for around $150. the regular retail was far more. i was so surprised with the quality. they're really beautiful.

I have a lot of murray feiss lights in my home, I would in fact say the majority are. I love them, they are of great quality. Don't hesitate to buy them.

I ordered a Murray Feiss bathroom light fixture at my local store. The first time, the fixture had a big scrath. I refused it. The second time, the fixture was not the color I had ordered (even if it was the right color written on the box). The 3rd time, it was OK. Despite the wasted time, the quality is overall good and I love the look. I have to add that, because of all the problems, my local store finally gave me the fixture. I don't know who really paid it (manufacturer, distributor or my local store), but I finally paid only a small amount (about 25$ (deposit) on a 169$ light fixture). I would order again a Murray Feiss, but I would make sure to check the fixture carefully before leaving the store.

Most of our lights are Murray Feiss and we are impressed and very happy with the quality of the products. We have also had a very positive experience with their customer service. I have a large 16 light chandelier in my foyer that had a broken arm (builder says broken out of box, we are pretty sure they broke it!!)

We called them to request a replacement arm so that we could have it repaired. They did not have a replacement arm so they sent us a completely brand new replacement chandelier without question.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
