A 36" Wolf is approximately $6,600 - $8,000 and the 48" Wolf is approximately $9,600 - $12,000. Hope that help. We personally have the 48" Wolf with 8 burners and 2 ovens. We LOVE it. Good luck.

I always search for a good deal, so I watch eBay and Craigslist often. Sometimes it take a while so patience is a virtue. I won an eBay auction for an NXR 36" range with 4 burners and a center griddle. It was new but was returned due to a small dent directly under the oven glass. The range sells for $3300. My winning bid was $1004 and shipping was about $200 as I recall. The defect is barely noticeable and the range works and cooks great. A Wolf or Viking range wasn't in our budget so we are thrilled with the purchase. If you want a cost friendly alternative check out the NXR! Even at full price it's a good quality range.

I agree with Roger that those are good options. What we did is purchased the 48" Wolf 8 burner range from Ferguson, which is a distributor that has showrooms around the country. I came across the Ferguson in West Palm Beach who was moving their location approximately 1/2 a mile. They were transferring some their items and then selling the remaining items. Wow, what bargains. Our unit is brand new showroom piece for just over a year and never hooked up. It's MSRP was $10,000. I had already budgeted for a 36" 6 burner ($6,700). The manager offered me $6,200 so I grabbed it. He also offered me the 48" Wolf hood ($2,300) for $600, I needed to add blower, which you typically have to anyway. So keep an eye out for those deals.
