does anybody know how to make this? (pic)

dimensional orange paper flower that Martha is holding? I've tried searching everywhere(including martha's website), but can't find the directions anywhere :(

I was at a Michael's yesterday, and they just directed me to their Martha section . . . but they couldn't find it either.

Help?
