Maybe a lime green could be good. As it would be using two block colors which always look good together. (block colors are bright, strong colors!)

Grey looks great with orange and gives a fresh modern appeal. Change up your accessorize and you can have a transitional look as well. Attached are some Ralph Lauren paint swatches.

I'm with Dytecture on this one. Take a look at this inspiration room...one of my favorites. The white walls make the orange sofa pop and the colorful art and blue and orange rug are real eye candy.

Agree with suggestions of white or gray.

What do you like is really the question. Brown, beige, green, blue, gray, pink and of course white. See photos for ideas.

Here's a dark grayish brown...this looks like a good manly color to me! :) ditch all the girlie accessories in the room and swap out the pillows! :)
