Has anyone here had experience with a manufacturer having to replace a major appliance within two months of it's initial installation? How did the manufacturer handle it? Were all your associated costs reimbursed?

My double oven has to be replaced. The manufacturer sent a new oven to the appliance company where I initially purchased the oven.

I have been waiting months while the manufacturer and the dealer figure out the logistics of the replacement (I am not in the same state as the dealer) and the costs.

I am just curious how it has worked for any of you who have been in a similar situation.
