The space with the pool table and bar is 20’9” L x 12’ W. This does not include the TV media area.

How big is the media room area? Does 20'9 x 12' include all the way up to the bar seats facing the projector?

The 20'-9" is from the backside of the barstools (facing the projector) to the other end of the room, and the 12' is from the fireplace wall to the other wall (that you see on the left in the photo).

The 'theatre room's' length (from the backside of the barstools to the projector) is 21'-4", and the width is 15'.
