Bath Mat Tub Stains

Any ideals on how to remove brown stains from the bath tub that were caused by the bath mat? I tried cream of tarter with peroxide, vinegar, majic eraser, and several other chemical sprays but the circles from the mat are still there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried CLR (Calcium/Lime/Rust)? Does a really good job of getting discoloration out. Easy to find at grocery/hardware stores. Or just plain old bleach, and let it sit?
