Philips TP3284 C101 TV won't turn on

I need some help with this TV, when the power button is pressed it clicks once then again, tube gets no power, power light blinks continuously. The tube did get power one time for a second. If you hold power button for 3 seconds it gives five blinks repeatedly. Actually if I press any other button (Chan/Vol), power light comes on (click) and goes back off (click). Nothing is burned or damaged inside. Anyone know how to tell if the HOT is bad or have another solution it would really help, thanks.
