Phillips Magnavox Model TS2774 C Smart Series TV

I have a blown capacitor in the Flyback Transformer section. On the board it only says 2463. I am trying to find the proper capacitor for this 1999 Wide Screen 27". The old capacitor is split and looks like a taco. No numbers>

I have the same TV.After I change capacitor 0.001uF2KV.
close to fly back transformer
I got another problem is the yellow color is come out too much instead of the white color.
Is that posible when I clean up I accident move some O-Ring
in the end of CRT.Tube?(there're 6 O-ring Adjustable)
