This porch is screen only. We have built this with several different versions with storm window inserts or there are actually treatments you can put over the screens (pull down shades) that deflects most of the moisture. This porch is not intended for year round use. On a casual rain day in the summer, very little moisture will come through the screens. However on very windy, rainy day you may get some moisture in the porch.
