I'm considering two tables for my breakfast nook area. I have a built-in window seat that will be painted antique white and this area is adjacent to my kitchen which has Bay-stained cherry cabinets. I'd post a picture of the room except for that the house is still under construction. I'm planning to pair the table with slipcovered Parsons chairs (probably the Megan chairs from the Pottery Barn). My room style is Mediterranean country. Okay, I sort-of made that style up, but that's what I'm going for.

Do any of you have any knowledge of these two tables or see any clues in the descriptions that would make you favor one over the other (or discard the idea of both completely)?
