A couple of people have used it; I don't know if they're still around.

Rubber flooring has a couple of "gotchas". One is the need for maintenance -- periodic sealing and stripping of the floor. Based on the popularity of long-life maintenance-free finishes and the number of people who believe that linoleum and other surfaces never need refinishing, that's more work than most people want to do. The other gotcha is that there are very few rubber floors which can handle oils of any kind (spilled cooking oil, body oils, etc.) without staining. There are some out there, but most rubber-floor manufacturers will not cover floor use in, say, a kitchen. Finally, there is the smell, to which some people are more sensitive than others. But I would consider that a minor "gotcha" compared to the other two.
