My garage door is not functioning at all. No lights, no sensor, no noise nothing works. The bulb inside the oepener is also not lighting. Manually I am able to open it though.

My handyman checked it and said the garage opener is not working & need to be replaced.

I aasked him to open the box & check whats wrong , we saw the logic board was little black on one side.. Could this be a problem , I am not sure!

Can I only replace the logic board or do I need to replace the whole opener. I dont know how old this is but my house is 2000 built so I guess the opener should be that age too!
